Why do we need to blame anyone for this mess? Why play the blame game ? Human nature is never perfect, so why can't we move on and try to fix what appears to be broken.
ReplyDeleteThis site, like many, posts articles of evidence of a problem and who may be responsible. Would it not be more productive to post solutions and examples of opinions of what has gone wrong and how to fix it.
Thanks for another interesting posting.
I don't see these posts as attempting to blame, but rather giving us information that helps us open our eyes and have a more accurate view of what's going on. If we just relied on the mass media (e.g., Vancouver Province) for our information we might all assume that real estate always goes up, everything will be fine because we have the olympics, the Canadian economy is strong and won't suffer from the recession like everyone else etc. The facts though, are that big newspapers only deliver us a very edited, and I think misleading, view of the world. It seems that the first step towards a solution is actually knowing what is really going on.
ReplyDeleteSome people use their time to pick the fruit of the tree; others spend all their time examining the roots. Which would you rather do?
ReplyDeleteI agree that if all you do is research and don't ever make a move, you haven't accomplished all that much. Having said that, I have to admit that I'm not sure what the right moves are these days...what fruit are you picking???
