    White Rock investor asks, "Why wouldn't Groupon work for condos?" Uhhh... because you should put more thought into a purchase that's 10 times your annual salary than you should a pair of shoes? Just a thought.

    "I saved 25 thousand dollars today... feels good." I can think of other things that feel good but make you say ouch in the morning.
